SITUATION中有4个部分:策略树状态、上次返回的操作、屏幕截图(上次操作前 & 上次操作后)、历史操作简述

## 1. 策略树状态
1: Analyze the grading scale from the reference table (rows 2-7)
  1.1: Identify grade boundaries: 0-29=Fail, 30-59=Pass, 60-79=Average, 80-89=Above average, 90-99=Excellent, 100=Exceptional
2: Calculate and enter grades in the Message column (F) for each student
  2.1: Click on cell F10 (first student Benedict) and enter grade based on mark 42
  2.2: Continue entering grades for remaining students (rows 11-23) based on their marks
3: Verify all grades are correctly assigned and save the file
  3.1: Cross-check a few entries against the scale table to ensure accuracy
  3.2: Save the spreadsheet (Ctrl+S)
